BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
1/2 c butter or margarine 3 heaping tsp baking powder 1 c white sugar 1 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 c milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 c blueberries 2 c flour
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. And dry ingredients alternately with milk, lastly fold in blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in well oiled muffin pans.
