BLUEBERRY WHOLE WHEAT BISCUITS
1 c whole wheat flour 1 tbsp white sugar 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 c margarine 1 c blueberries 1 c buttermilk or sour milk
In bowl, combine all-purpose and whole wheat flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Using fingers, rub in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in blueberries; add buttermilk and mix lightly. Drop by spoonfuls into ten mounds. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden.
