BLUEBERRY SCONES
2 1/2 c flour 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 3/4 c white sugar 1/2 c butter or margarine 2 eggs (beat in a cup and fill to the top with milk) 1 1/2 c blueberries
Mix like tea biscuits, roll (thick). Cut in diamond shapes, spread with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 - 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
