BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE
1 quart of blueberries 1/4 cup water (first amount) pinch of salt 5 tbsp flour 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup water (second amount)
Mix the water (first amount), salt and flour until smooth. Take 1 cup of the blueberries, sugar and water (second amount) and bring to a boil. When boiling, add flour/salt/water paste and stir until thick. Cool
well. When cool, add remaining raw blueberries and place in a 10 in. baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
