BLUEBERRY GRIDDLE CAKES
2 c flour 3 tbsp white sugar 1 1/2 c sour milk or buttermilk 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp melted butter 1 c blueberries
Mix and sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar. Beat together the milk and egg and gradually add to the dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Add
the butter and blueberries. Drop by spoonfuls on a hot, greased griddle and brown on both sides.
