BLUEBERRY CRUMB PIE
1 c sugar 8 oz sour cream 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 1/8 tsp salt 4 c fresh blueberries 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell 1 tbsp sugar (2 amounts) 1/4 c dried breadcrumbs 1 tbsp butter or margarine Combine first 4 ingredients and stir well. Place blueberries in an unbaked pastry shell and sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over berries. Spread sour cream mixture over berries. Combine breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar, and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until center is firm. |
