1 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. peanuts (salted)
10 c. Corn Flakes
1 1/2 lbs. icing sugar
1/4 c. butter
4 -6 squares of semi-sweet chocolate
1. Put the brown sugar, peanut butter and corn syrup in a large pot and bring to boil over medium heat (do not bring to a full boil - only until it starts to bubble.
2. Remove from heat and immediately add Corn Flakes and peanuts.
3. Firmly press into a 9 x 13 pan.
4. When cool, cover with chocolate icing and let set before cutting.
Mix together icing sugar, melted chocolate and butter. Add a bit of milk if the mixture is too thick.
