Shortbread
Ingredients:
2/3 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
Method:
1. Mix butter, sugar and cornstarch well.
2. Add flour.
3. Turn out on a baking cloth and knead well.
4. Roll out (not too thinly) and cut into shapes.
5. Bake at 325 deg. for 20 - 25 minutes.
