Walnut Squares
Ingredients:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. dessicated coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 tbl. (rounded) flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Method:
1. Rub together the margarine and flour.
2. Press in pan and bake for 12 minutes at 350 deg.
3. Mix the remaining ingredients and cover the above crust.
4. Bake at 350 deg. for 25 minutes.
5. Ice lightly with your favourite vanilla icing.
