Tourtiere
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until done.
2. Cool.
3. Place in pastry shells and bake at 425 deg. for 20 - 25 minutes.
