TOMATO SOUP CAKE
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. margarine or soft butter
1 egg
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 can of tomato soup
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Method:
1. Cream butter, sugar and egg.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Add soup and fruit.
4. Bake for 50 minutes - 1 hour at 325 degrees or until well done.
