| You will need: 1 sheet of orange construction paper (8 1/2" x 11") 3 sheets of black construction paper (8 1/2" x 11") craft glue scissors Instructions: 1. The Halloween Shadow picture can be found above. 2. Take a black construction paper sheet, fold it in half (it's now 8 1/2"x 5 1/2") and make a cut at the fold in the shape of a rectangle, leaving 1 1/2" - 2" around the outside edges for frame. 3. Glue all around the black frame and place it on top of the orange construction paper sheet. |

4. Cut out your favourite Halloween characters from the remaining black paper and glue them to the orange sheet. 5. For this picture, a demon, a grim reaper, a ghost and a tombstone were used to make a spooky picture. The Demon was made this way: First you cut out the head, arms and body in one piece. Then you make two horns and two legs and glue them in place. The Grim Reaper with his scythe was cut out in one piece. The Ghost was made this way: Cut a piece of construction paper a little larger than the size of the ghost you want to make. Fold it in half and cut out half a ghost shape. While still folded, cut out the mouth and eyes. The Tombstone was cut in one piece. 6. After the characters have been glued to the picture, let it dry and hang it where your friends will be sure to see it! |
