| You will need: Harlequin royal blue half mask medium weight metallic gold posterboard 6 x 24 inches 8 each turquoise and yellow acrylic star stones (15 mm) 6 short navy and 2 light blue marabou feathers 6 gold flat feathers, 2 light blue and 2 navy hot glue gun scissors masking tape |

Instructions: 1. The Queen's Mask picture can be found above. 2. Glue two navy marabou feathers on the inside of the mask on the top edge at each side of the mask. Glue another navy marabou to the outside point on each side of the mask. 3. Glue a light blue marabou to the top edge of the mask, toward the center and next to each navy feather. 4. Cut out random pieces from the tops of the flat feathers to form a design. See the color photo. 5. Glue a light blue flat feather at the two outside points of the mask. Glue three gold flat feathers evenly spaced at each side of the top of the mask. Glue one navy flat feather at each side of the mask. 6. Alternating colors, glue two blue and yellow star stones on each side of mask. Alternating colors, glue remaining stones, four to each side, to feathers. 7. Place masking tape over the rough quills of the feathers inside the mask. |
