PUMPKIN PIE
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. cooked pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 eggs (beaten)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat with beater until well mixed.
2. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 45 - 55 minutes.
3. Turn the heat down to 350 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
