SLUG BURGERS
Ingredients:
hamburger patties
butter
4 hamburger buns
8 medium sized mushrooms
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1 tbl. cooking oil
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 tbl. worcestershire sauce
Method:
1. Cook the hamburger and butter the buns.
2. Cut the mushrooms into quarters.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the mushrooms, onion,
garlic and worcestershire
sauce.
4. Cook for 6 minutes on a moderate heat.
5. Pour slug-like mixture onto the hamburgers. Eat if you can!
