GRASSHOPPER PIE
Ingredients:
1/4 c. melted butter
1 package of Oreo cookies
1 large bottle of marshmallow topping
1/4 c. milk
2 c. Dream Whip (1 package (whipped)
1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring (or to taste)
Green food coloring (few drops)
Whipped cream
Method:
1. Mash cookies with rolling pin and add butter. Place in greased 9x9 pie plate.
2. Add milk, peppermint and coloring to marshmallow topping until blended.
3. Fold in whipped cream. Top with Dream Whip and keep in freezer.
