| You will need: small balloons cheesecloth liquid starch (fabric stiffener) black poster paint glass for propping Instructions: 1. Cut cheesecloth into 3" wide strips and as long as you want. 2. Blow up a small balloon to the size you would like the head of your ghost to be. |

| 3. Set the balloon on a tall glass
or jar. 4. Dip each strip into the fabric stiffener and lay across the balloon, centering the balloon underneath it. 5. Repeat until you've covered the balloon and made a full ghost. 6. Pop the balloon when the strips are dry. 7. Paint on eyes with the black paint. |
