APPLESAUCE FUDGE CAKE
Ingredients:
1/3 c. margarine or soft butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. allspice
1 c. applesauce (may use canned)
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Method:
1. Cream margarine and sugar well.
2. Beat in eggs.
3. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately to first mixture with applesauce, beating only until blended.
4. Pour into greased and lightly floured 9" square pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
