APPLE CRISP
Ingredients:
4 1/2 c. apples (sliced)
1/2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
Method:
1. Mix and place the first four ingredients in a greased dish and cover with the remaining ingredients which have been mixed together finely.
2. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
